If you are looking for a very fine guage shiny nose ring - this beautiful item is absolutely a go to for me! I would def recommend! Easily twist to open & put in - just twist it back! Fabulous! And bonus it doesn’t irritate my very sensitive nose! A+++

This is super cute but make sure you never want to size back up gauges. I wanted to put back in a stud that was a 20 gauge and I couldn’t do it. I still have this in but is super cute and no big deal about keeping it in.

Wasn’t as thin as expected, and the twist to open method isn’t great. The ends don’t meet flush together once it’s in, even when you follow the instructions to do so. The ends are very sharp so that was irritating and uncomfortable in itself. I only wore this for maybe three days tops. My nose was red and irritated inside and I started feeling “off”, so I decided to take the ring out to investigate and it was already tarnished after so short a time, and it turned my nose green. Not sure if it’s Sterling, but I should’ve looked at more reviews… I guess you get what you pay for. (They also want the original back when you ask for a return, even though it’s trashed.)

I bought this for my daughter. So the price was perfect. It was way too big for her nose! So she decided to make it work by cutting the end down. We did clean it with alcohol before trying it on. After install it was a little sore and red. So we used Saline solution for a couple of days. The redness and soreness went away. She loves it!🙂

Does the job for a bit. Got mine and wore it for maybe a few weeks or so. The metal started to become discolored, but nothing on my skin. My nose felt okay, and any discomfort I would assume is just because I normally wear a stud. It’s a cute, temporary little piece of jewelry!

it’s easy to put in but it feels dirty after around a day and it’s hard to close.

I needed to change my gold nose ring to a silver one for a wedding I was in. The fit was perfect and it was cheap and served it’s purpose. NOTE: IF YOUR NOSE IS NOT FULLY HEALED, do not order this because it is cheaper quality and you will get an infection. I would only recommend this to those who have had a nose piercing for 6 months or longer just to be on the safe side. Or haven’t had any nose irritations for the last 2 months.

As another review mentioned this is not a 24g ring. It looks closer to a 22g, so that right there is disappointing. Will edit if issues that other reviews had pop up. Update: changed from 4 stars to 2. After 2 days of wear it already started to tarnish and make my piercing itch
