PROS: the material of this cover is good. It closes completely and snugly. It fits over thick pillowtop mattresses. With 2 people assisting, it goes on easily and quickly. It has velcro over the place the zipper stops to prevent bedbugs from entering. It is not noisy at all. CONS: The zippers in this product are terrible! They are flimsy and get caught easily and then break. We bought 5 covers for our whole family. The zippers came messed up on 3 out of 5, but we were able to close them and rezip, then they worked. HERE'S THE TRICK: When you close the zipper, put one finger under the zipper and one on top. See photo. Use your other hand to pull down the flap of fabric underneath. And zip slowly, making sure nothing is caught. Then you should be fine! Out of 5 covers, one zipper busted so badly that we had to return/replace. The company sent out a new one the next day.

We’ve had this on our bed for less than a month, and it’s already got huge holes it in. It ripped along the seam as well, I just can’t get a good picture of it. Had to tape it to keep from getting bigger. Also if you have any soft or fluffy sheets or blankets, it will rub off onto the casement, leaving little fabric balls everywhere. Trying to contact the seller for help, having trouble doing so.

I got a king size bed with a mattress that had weathered over the years but was lightly used. It’s like getting a new mattress.
