Good product
It is a struggle to get the right size casings for the right size nozzle. These are a tiny bit large for my nozzle, but I find them much easier to use than the 19mm size I was using. So far no breakouts and they hold up well. The size of the snack stick is very similar to regular size hot dog wieners. Not as thin as a slim Jim but still very suitable. Good quality and sturdy.

Perfect size for me when making Beef Sticks
Bought these to make some Apple Cheddar Venison Beef Sticks. I like the bigger size of these casings when making Meat Sticks. They worked great stuffing the casing with no blowouts and held up great in the smoker.

I don't like them.
They won't stay twisted, so I had to tie them with butcher's cord. They had weak spots that would blow out in the middle of stuffing. A lot easier to put on the casing horn, as they are dry, but would tear at spots during application. They would leak the juices and get soggy during cooking in a sealed vacuum bag at low heat, e.g. 140F. It was even more disastrous when the vacuum was applied in my Sous Vide cooker. Haven't tried them in my smoker, perhaps a better result will be obtained, but I highly doubt it.

Good casings
Works well, it is easy to use and does not not break. I make dried beef sausage and regular beef sausage with this and have no complaints.

Easy to work with
This worked out great! Didn't have an ounce of a problem! Just make sure your hands were dry. Italian sausage!

Casing was easy to work with, nice coloring, but found the casing a little on the tough side of finished product. Don’t know if I would buy again.
