The only brand flour I will use
King Arthur has always been known for quality flour. This is the only brand I use for baking. Taste and freshness is always apparent and the consistency is excellent. Definitely overpriced but you get what you pay for. I like that King Arthur offers organic options.

Consistent high quality flour.
I use this for all kinds of breads especially sourdough. Great flavor and chew. Super consistent. It never lets me down. I love this flour.

My favorite flour for baking sourdough.
When the price is right, this is the best bread flour to use. This flour is perfect for baking sourdough, as it has great elasticity and rises well, along with showcasing that sourdough "tang" flavor. My last order came slightly beat up, but that was a UPS issue, not a reflection of the product itself. Be wary though. If you see it on sale, purchase immediately, as the seller or Amazon likes to hike up the price if it sits in your cart. Which is B.S.!
