Good Grips 3-Piece Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl Set - Blue/Gray

I think these are the perfect mixing bowl set. I bought these in 2011 and will be buying again for another kitchen. I was browsing tonight looking at a seemingly limitless stainless mixing bowl selection but not seeing what I wanted. I added "good for whisking" to my search, and up popped the OXO bowls, telling me I had purchased them in 2011. I'd had them long enough not to remember to look for them in my past orders. They are not at hand so I had forgotten they were OXO. Well, OF COURSE they are OXO, they are perfect. They still look great and are perfect in so many ways. They are lightweight but non-slip with the lightly weighted black bottoms. They are slightly insulated so heat doesn't move between hands and bowl and ingredients. They nest perfectly and are not hard to line up. They just drop in and are readily extracted from one another. They don't clank around, but live in peace with counters, sinks and each other. They have rounded bottom best for wire whisks. Flat bottomed mixing bowls are a joke. The sides are steep enough to keep ingredients in and aid in mixing. No need to chase ingredients around the bowl. They can fold ingredients nicely, as required. They provide a good grip and are easy to hold. They work in the fridge and the dishwasher. OK, they can't go in the microwave. They are super easy to scrape out and rinse out. They hand wash and dry very quickly to take on the next task. They don't spot or turn color. I've never wished there were more in the set, 3 does it all. Look, a pretty new color has come along, but white's quite nice.

Great bowels with solid construction. Nice rubber ring on bottom to hold the bowl in place. Seems insulated with double wall to maintain temperature. The stainless steel inner section is easy to clean but easily scratche by metal utensil. Overall a great product I highly recommend.

Yes, you can stack 2 sets! I had this question and I see many others did. I took my chances. Total height when stacking 2 sets (large in large, then medium in medium, then small in small) is about 8". Great set, sturdy, dishwasher safe and hardy!

Great in various sizes and the quality is fantastic. These hold up extremely well and we use them several times a week. They wash well and have not lost any of the outer coating.

I wasn’t sure if I would like these so I kept my old plastic bowls. We’ve used them several times and they are great. I like top lip, it makes it easy to hold onto. The rubber bottoms prevent slipping. They nest perfectly into a large colander I purchased separately.

The price almost held me back, but the color convinced me. A year later, I'm still impressed. They are heavy in weight and very durable. The non-slide grip at the bottom really does come in handy. These bowls stay exactly where you place them. The white is bright and darling and the bowls nestle inside of one another perfectly. The 4 star rating is due to the fact that there are times I wish the set came with one bigger bowl. The 3 sizes are a great start, but for bigger items, I wish there was one size up. The bowls do last. The steel inside is rust free and the there isn't a single chip in the the white exterior. They feel high-end. These bowls can take a beating. If you're a heavy mixer, these are for you! If not, you may not need to spend $44 on this set. I don't regret the purchase at this price point because I do use them often and they've held up well. They are extremely well made and built to last!

We wanted white and were happy to get a set of mixing bowls that offered the white exterior but the easy to clean and SCRUB DURABLE stainless steel interior. The non slip rubber base is a welcome upgrade to our old slippery steel bowls. They look and feel great and stack nicely on our open shelf. I would say they are stable on counter tops. I do NOT think they are tipsy as some may have mentioned. It's a bowl shaped item so they are never going to be as planted to the counter as items such as pots. We paid more than we would have liked, but the quality and value is there no doubt.
