Really impressed with the BaByliss Platinum Diamond Hair Dryer. It’s powerful, dries hair quickly, and feels well made. The heat and speed settings are easy to adjust, and it’s comfortable to hold, even for longer use. Leaves hair smooth and not frizzy, and it’s noticeably quieter than older dryers I’ve used. Overall, great performance and good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

I'm not saying this is a powerful hairdryer but in comparison to what I have been using, this is a leaf blower! I love the heat/speed settings and the weight of the dryer is fine for me, I don't feel like I'm getting in a weight training session when I use it. There is a slight downside, however, and that is the noise. It's a tad louder than I was expecting but on the plus side it's perfect for drowning out my husband when he's in nag mode. All in all, 5 stars and good buy especially as I grabbed it when it was on offer.

Brilliant hairdryer with easy to control change of speeds and heat levels. My hair is in a much better condition now and looks so much silkier, because of the ions. Lightweight but doesn’t feel cheap, and easy to hold. Diffuser is great too and is easy to attach and isn’t heavy. Gorgeous colour and looks stylish. Hairdryer is of quality. Size is small, not that bulky and big as others. In terms of weight, is quite heavy even if small. Noise, well, quite high I would say compared with others and have a few to compare with. The good part is that if you're a curly girl, the diffuser is big and bulky and easier to dry your hair and not ruin it while you are doing it. Also, this works with xtava diffuser (the best diffuser ever) - but only if you use some tape to fix it well from it. Be careful to do it well, otherwise, you don't want that to fall in your head. But the diffuser from it is absolutely fine as well. In terms of drying hair, does take a bit of time but I would say is faster than others. Anyways is taking me around half an hour to dry my lovely hair 😎 so this is a bit less but still around that time lol. Hair feels good after, don't have any problems or is not dry cause I am not using the highest warm setting. Always using cold or moderate heat. The hottest setting is very hot, the middle one is the best and at the end finishing by setting off with cold aer. I didn't had problems for it to break and I hope it won't. But then I am not using it all the time and I keep on switching it with other ones.

One of the main reasons I bought this, was that it comes with a diffuser. The diffuser works well and helps to curl my only slightly wavy hair. The hairdryer itself is very good. The weight is fine, it's not too heavy. It feels nice quality and robust. The three power settings are great, I don't like hairdryers that are too hot, so tend to just use the lowest heat setting and occasionally the middle setting. The cool blast button actually feels cold. The buttons are easy to use for anyone who struggles with dexterity in their fingers, as the power button and heat buttons slide along rather than needed to be pressed or switched on. The cool blaster button needs to be pushed and held on to use it. The power settings are good, the top setting is very powerful, I don't often use the top setting as don't find I need it. It dries my hair much quicker than previous hair dryers I've had. The concentrater nozzle clips on easily and works well. The hairdryer power cord is a good length. I like that the hairdryer has a removable filter, it's surprising how much fluff gets in there. Overall I'm very pleased with this hair dryer and would recommend it.

Best £32.50 spent on a hairdryer! Bought to replace my old purple babyliss one that died after a good few years. This one has got some serious oomph and doesn't get too hot when using, which is great as I found my older one did. It has a lovely long cord, temp/speed buttons are easy to use and I don't find that I'm changing them by accident with where they are on the handle. Brilliant buy, would buy again!

Love this hairdryer. I have thick, long hair which takes ages to dry, but this is powerful hairdryer is very powerful, gets hot and dries my hair super quick.

Bought as a Christmas present. She liked this quality air dryer and diffuser. Quite heavy until you get used to it but it has different heats and speeds. The diffuser gives exactly the results she was expecting. One happy customer !!

I purchased my Babyliss hairdryer in March, expecting a reliable styling tool from a trusted brand. Unfortunately, just a few months later, it has already let me down. The hairdryer now only blows cold air, making it completely useless for drying or styling my hair. This issue seems to be a common problem with hairdryers, often caused by a faulty heating element, a malfunctioning thermostat, or a stuck cold-shot button. Regardless of the cause, I am extremely disappointed that a product from Babyliss would fail so quickly after purchase. I have tried basic troubleshooting—checking the settings, cleaning the vents, and letting it cool down—but nothing has restored the heat. Given the price and reputation of Babyliss, I expected much better durability. Having a hairdryer stop working properly within such a short period is unacceptable. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable, long-lasting hairdryer. Save your money and look elsewhere.
