Avoid
2 packs of 8 damaged and went in the bin as the coffee was no good for use. I know the vacuum can be compromised during transit but the coffee is still good to use for couple of days. However this packs vacuum has been compromised for long time as the coffee it was just awful. Will never buy again

Don't reccomend
For some reason this coffee taste like burnt coffee and got nothing to do with lavazza flavour. Been using this brand for years so can tell the difference. And when I have received the parcel 2packs of coffee were open.

Bad
What a horrible product! Can't call a coffee! Some of the packs wasn't sealed properly. Taste of cheap replacement for a good coffee.

Damaged and empty packets
Three of the ten packets of coffee were damaged and had spilled half their contents, and the remaining contents were obviously not vacuum packed and therefore not fresh. And there’s no refund available. Not impressed.

5 out of 10 packages were not vacuum packed
Very disappointed with the number of packages that were not vacuum packed. The flavour of these packs of coffee are stale. Big waste of money.

Not vacuum sealed
Of the 10 packets delivered 5 were no longer air tight. Thereby, negating the benefits of keeping the coffee fresh.

Damaged
Unfortunately this is the second delivery that has arrived damaged. I have taken it to the local food bank

I received the item today, but one of the 10 packets was open, and all the coffee ground was in the bag and around the other packets.
