Well, this is not my first experience with a sign cutter but it has been awhile. Still, I had no trouble setting it up and my first cut was good and a tweak or two, the second cut was perfect. Not trying to run it full speed. Maybe that helps. The software included is surprising good. I've developed software since the 70's and was generally pleased with how it worked and was organized and had no issues. Sure, a few features might be missing so I bought the upgrade to the SignMaster Pro software and have not regretted that. One feature I will look for on my next vinyl cutter purchase is one that is compatible with registration marks. Apparently some have that at a similar price point which I really didn't expect. Still, the machine works just fine. Stand is okay. Plotter / cutter just sits on top, not secured so it could be knocked off. The bars for holding the rolls are too large for every roll I've purchased. On my to-do list to find a small diameter bar. I've also used it as a pen plotter but now I wished I got the larger version. Still, this is easy to handle. BT recommended

It took a few days to figure out what settings and where to set the blade to get a good cut but after I got used to it everything went good. I have made big and small things with no problems the free vinyl is thin and dont stick good but when I got good vinyl it has been awesome I made good things. My son was skeptical because of brand and price but it is totally worth it. I would get the bigger one if I could I got the 28 inch. It was easy to download and use the software and I love this machine.

This product has serious quality problems. The cutting is always inaccurate, lacking precision, wasting a lot of materials, and Amazon refuses to accept returns. Also, the product I bought for $501 dropped by $130 in less than 3 months because fewer people are buying it due to quality issues.

Machine is wonderful.

Great product easy to install the software the vinyl that comes with it isn’t that great at all all 5 rolls was unusable but everything else was great
