Yes, the product works VERY well, as all BG products do. This bulk package is the most affordable way to get multiple bottles for if you...own multiple vehicles, have a vehicle with dirty/gummed injectors, or run a small automotive shop like I do. I have bore scope photos before and after on a late model (2016) Kia 2.4L engine. Customer ran 1 full bottle of this through a 77k mile engine with fresh top tier 93 octane Exxon fuel. Drove car for 1k miles, returned to my shop for some other work: Pistons were cleaner, intake valve carbon buildup on 3 of the 4 cylinders was very acceptable. Idle quality on cold starts improved. CONCLUSION: Use top tier fuels at all times in your cars, but use the BG 44K every ~15k miles to keep the injectors and components really clean and happy. It's always easiest to reduce carbon buildup before it can form, versus trying to correct it after its crept its way into your engine parts.

Cleans the fuel system very well. I've had cold starts running rough in the very cold mornings even though I've used other system cleaners and with this one the morning starts are getting smoother every time. My engine is running really smooth now, more than before and it runs good, it's just those winter cold starts that used to be a issue, not any more! This pack is a good value!

Great product and I trust BG. Half way through a tank of gas in my '99 S10 and I can tell a difference in how the engine is running. Fuel treatment worth it, don't trust any oil additives because you'll never know how they will react.

Absolutely lives up to its name. The best quality fuel system cleaner on the market for add to gas type. Back in the 80's there was BG Supercharge. That was an excellent one too, closer to the concentration of Berryman B12. THIS is BG's finest. Everything I have ever sold, bought, used and marketed of BG products was a fine automotive product that actually does what it promises to do. I added this to my 2013 Kia Forte' and it loves it. Cleaning on through. I buy the 3 bottle deal here and use one at every oil change. I also use BG MOA in my oil.

My son has been pushing this stuff for years, but I never tried it. When I went to my Chevy dealer for a service on my 22 Trail Boss, they recommended I get the BG top end cleaning, and it was amazing. Sludge build up is a concern with direct injection engines and BG has come up with a solution that doesn’t require removal and blasting. I now use this in my two high mileage cars and my truck every couple of months, and will get the cleaning service every year or so. Improvement in performance and mileage is instantly recognized. Not inexpensive for sure, but preventative maintenance is always cheaper in the long run.

The best out there. This is what dealers use for your car. I add with every oil change and they really work!
