I bought the cheapest one I could find and it was so worth it. The quality is great, I put it on a 2 stroke bike that vibrates a lot and mounted it in a sketchy way that puts stress on the threads, but it holds up great.

I don’t expect this to last more than 5 years but you really can’t beat the price. The seat is nice, comfortable, and sturdy and immediately changes the look of the bike. You’ll need to do some fab work to get a good fit but it’s worth it

What you're getting with this seat is about $1 per minute of comfort. I'm not trying to trash talk this seat - it's done exactly what it needed to do. I got me some parts bike that had been rotting away behind someones apartment for a few years - then it sat rotting in my backyard for another couple of years. Once the pandemic hit, I needed a project. Enter the bike. Needing a seat. $30 Amazon Special, you say? What could go wrong? Well, my colon taking a beating on the 5 Freeway all the way from North Los Angeles County down to San Diego for starters. Thank the gods that I need to stop for gas every 90 miles because holy HELL does this seat suck. It's soft and comfortable for the first 10 minutes. A little stiff for the next 20. Then it's pure suffering after that. This seat is great for short bursts around town on your little cafe racer or bobber or whatever you want to slap this on. Anything after that and you might want to sign up for kidney donations. I hope you drink enough water, because this seat is going to rock your kidneys so hard that you'll dump kidney stones out of your urethra faster than you dropped that 10mm socket while trying to install the seat without taking off the gas tank. 8/10 - would buy again for another project bike. Definitely saving up for a nicer custom seat for those longer rides.

Does not fit a 1980 cx500 - will have to refigure frame to accommodate.

Great look and fit. The mounts are great and the base plastic is pretty solid. Not the thickest padding on the seat so not the best for long distance, but it's a cafe seat. Hardware is great.

My son picked it out for a project he is working on. Fits and looks good.

Was claimed to be an exact fit however it came around 3 inches short and I would've had to drill new holes and manufacture my own brackets. Seat quality felt nice and I imagine it'd be comfortable if it was the right size itd be on my bike right now.

Liked everything about the seat except that it stays wide all the way to the front, so it kinda rubs my inner thighs a bit. Would have preferred if it tapered inward a little bit towards the front.
