My 2002 Silverado K1500 rides like a limo now, I love these shocks
These shocks were very easy to install on my 2002 Silverado K1500. I was removing a lift kit that the previous owner had put on the truck, and I was impressed with how much nicer the truck rides after putting these AC Delco Professional shocks in place of the Tough Country lift shocks that were on the truck before. I also adjusted the torsion keys to level the truck. The ride quality now is amazing. It had been pretty stiff with the lift shocks, but now it rides smooth and soft, but with no body roll or bounce, like a luxury car. The shocks soak up the bumps really smoothly, and being in the Midwest, we have terrible roads, so this is a very good thing. I absolutely love these shocks and if they ever wear out, I will probably buy them again. Not bad at all for about $35 each.

Missing hardware
The shocks seem good. But one of the doxes was taped up , and missing hardware. I reused the bushing and washer from my old shocks. Not the best , but should last a few years. Update, I have about 10k on them now. I really like the ride. Smooth, but controlled

Love the handling
Bought these for my 2000 Silverado 1500 V6 4x4. The vehicle has 280K on it with original shocks, so you can imagine how worn out they might be. To my surprise, even though the truck wiggled all over with the slightest bump, 3 of the 4 shocks still had gas pressure to extend, the left front simply had nothing left and was totally free to extend, let go and collapse. Went with the Premiums on the front based on their reviews and the Advantage on the rear based on more/better reviews that the premiums for the rear. Both shocks were equal to, or larger somewhat in diameter than the factory plastic shrouded shocks. Installation took about 10 minutes a shock with a prelube penetration applied. Words cannot describe the difference in the way this truck feels, Solid, as if it were a heavy half ton now (which is it not). Love the handling, ride and the quietness the way it travels over bumps or potholes on the gravel road. It truly feels better now, ride wise, than when it did when it was new. Couldn't be happier! Edit to add that these worked perfect fory 01 GMC Yukon 4x4 as well.

100% Not OEM. These are Gabriel Shocks.
I just ordered these for an 02 Tahoe Z71. Not sure if AC Delco bought out Gabriel or Gabriel worked out a deal to use their name. I unfortunately have an original left front shock that busted and need a decent replacement so I am hoping to get a couple years out of these cheaper ones. Understand that these are not Rancho or Bilstein shocks. They definitely won’t last as long but they are less than half the price. There’s even a risk that these may bust a seal within 3 months then start getting noisy and lose gas pressure completely. Fortunately the complete failure rate is probably about 1 in 10 for shocks of this quality. So, the question is do you have enough money to spend 140$ on quality set or are you willing to take the 1 in 10 risk for 65$ on this set with the possibility of getting a bad one that has to be replaced soon. I personally hate when a formerly reputable company starts growing because of their quality product and then starts penny pinching to make a small fraction more money. Of course you are going to lose that reputation, but fortunately for them it takes a good while for people to start realizing that they are no longer living up to their quality standards. AC Delco and Craftsman are perfect examples of companies that gained your trust and then sold themselves out to make more bottom line in the short term. Just wanted the truth out there. Hope this helps. (I am taking that 1 in 10 risk on these Gabriels for now)

Pésima trampa de que no puedes solicitar una factura. Si te equivocaste en los datos del pedido ya no puedes cambiar nada, te quedas sin factura Los amortiguadores son excelentes
