This is my first time purchasing Life Extension Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin). I started taking it because I have anemia and wanted a gentle, high-quality B12 supplement. Fantastic B12 product. I'm a 75 yo male and I feel 10 years younger now. I suggest everyone over 60 should try B12. The benefits of this inexpensive 5 cent vitamin is almost too numerous to list. 1- My restless leg syndrome while sleeping was gone in 24 hours. 2- The burning sensation in my toes and feet were gone in 3 days. I still have a slight tingle. 3- Muscle cramps in my calfs and legs disappeared in 2 days. taste good and easy to take everyday

I have to take B12 every day due to thyroid issues and this by far is my favorite. My labs have shown better results with the methylated B12 versus traditional naturemade B12 that I have always used and loved.
