Best vitamins i ever tried, no stomach discomfort, my body feels different with more energy and hair growth .

Not sure yet if it is the Pure product but hair is not falling out as much and I feel a lot better then over the counter vitamins.

I like PURE VITAMINS! I am trying the MULTIVITAMIN from PURE for the first time so it is too early to have an opinion!

Pure Encapsulated is an amazing brand, unfortunately, this particular version causes me to have headaches and elevates my blood pressure too much due to some of the ingredients. I have attempted to use it a couple times for extended periods and have the same reaction each time with symptoms going away when it's stopped. I use other PE supplements with great success.

I am so extremely pleased with these vitamins! Previously, I was taking the one a day multi, from this same company. The one a day doesn't even compare to how much energy I have now! (I actually felt terrible, as far as energy was concerned on those, and even very depressed).With these, I have finally been able to completely get off of my antidepressant medicine! I have worked at that a long time and it is taken years to learn the right supplements. I must have the MTHFR gene mutation because the B vitamins, in this formula, do not give me anxiety like other vitamins I have taken...even high-quality ones! I am so thrilled with these vitamins I can't say enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you Pure Encapsulations for the work you have done in formulating these vitamins💟💟💟 Oh, I only need 4 per day, not 6... Yay!!!! Update: 7/2017 I also take their optiferin-c Iron with this...1/day . It seems to help with my energy levels. I also take 200 mg of CoQ,10 by Viva naturals, one softgel 2x's a day. The CoQ10 helps great with brain fog issues. I have found I do better with the six pills per day now. I'm still LOVING these and absolutely pleased with them. It means a great deal to me that I've been able to get off my antidepressants...Because I have food sensitivities, I also greatly limit any gluten I eat (causes extreme anxiety and biting the inside of my cheeks). I also limit drinking milk, or eating dairy (causes anger and irritability). I have found, however, that I can have some of these things if I first take a digetive enzyme by Enzymedica, called digest Gold with ATPro and an excellent probiotic, by Garden of Life, called Primal defense. These MUST be taken BEFORE the meal to be successful! (I do take extra at other times just for a boost...The enzymes also give clear, younger looking skin...So that's an added bonus! Lastly, in reference to my main supplements taken with these, I use Advanced Magnesium by INNOVIX LABS...1 at night, before bed...Helps me sleep soundly all through the night and wake up feeling well rested. I sometimes take 1 in the day, too, if I am having some extra anxiety/social anxiety and it really helps...Too much of the magnesium can cause you to get too sleepy though. Anyway, I just wanted to add these to help anyone who might read this. It has taken two years to get off my medications and much trial and error, struggles, and fears...It has been worth it though. I am regaining my health and my hair has stopped, excessively falling out. (I found 1 gel pill 2 X's a day of Garlic, Extra Strength, by BRI NUTRITION help with hairliss problems. Much to my delight, all these supplements can be found right here on Amazon!) In closing, these vitamins have been the foundational change to my return to health!!! So grateful!!!!!!
