It is wonderful we can get Buffalo Mozzarella here in the state. It has such a creamy taste to it and makes your pizzas so good!! Worth every penny!

This comes frozen in individual containers. Similar to other high quality mozzarella cheese, it is submerged in water. I pat it dry with paper towels, unless I want it very moist. My son is allergic to cow dairy, but he handles this very well!

I'm no stranger to imported mozzarella and was hoping this bulk option would be more economical, but alas the quality is much lower. These are packed in Brine, not whey, which means the cheese is watery and not creamy like a fresh mozzarella di buffala should be. These are not made in Campania, and you don't need packaging to determine that because the taste makes it obvious. It has a sometimes strong after taste you may not like. I probably won't buy this again and will be looking for a better bulk supplier.

Variety is the spice of my life. I love the fact that this cheese is not made from the usual sources available stateside. Tastes just like what I enjoyed in Italy. Still very frozen when it arrived in California.

These cheeses come in individual plastic tubs. They are waterlogged. The taste is lost as they are literally swimming in water until you eat them. Even after drying them off before using they are still water logged. Avoid!

Absolutely horrible, I’m not sure if I was old when they frozen or what, but I do not recommend it.

It taste great came frozen. Very good cheese I would buy it again
