I loved it, my hair improved and now it's always silky and shiny.

Smells good, lathers up nicely. However, the jury is still out on whether this really works for me. I don't think it really slowed down the falling out of my hair. but it is definitely a nice smelling shampoo and it feels like it's working when it's in my hair during my showers. but again, I'm not sure if it's actually working. been using it for over 3 months now, but not daily. so that could be the problem? I'm not sure. wish the bottle was a bigger size though.

Most people who are losing their hair are losing it because they have androgenetic alopecia. If they have done ANY research to determine WHY, they know that the male androgen dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is responsible for their hair loss, and that's why people buy this product. However, when you get the product, the labels do NOT indicate that the shampoo and conditioner are DHT BLOCKERS. Instead, each bottle's label states that it is a DHT Shampoo and a DHT conditioner, prompting people to think that DHT is a GOOD thing. Do they think we are too stupid to realize the connection between DHT and hair loss? The all important word BLOCKER is missing after the word DHT. DHT is the hormone that causes hair loss in both men and women. When you look at the ingredients, they list all these eco-groovy herbals ingredients that have very little connection with preventing hair loss. There is no mention of hair loss, hair thinning or hair growth on the actual bottles you get from Amazon, despite their explicit statements in their Amazon advertising. It is deceptive advertising. I have purchased ProBliva shampoo from Amazon which states on the bottle that it is a DHT BLOCKER, and the DHT blockers are Zinc PCA (to regulate sebaceous glands and block DHT), Green Tea (which reduces cholesterol and blocks DHT), and Kapilarine (which stimulates hair regrowth and maintains its strength). I am NOT promoting ProBliva, because I'm not sure it's very effective, but at least it doesn't make my hair greasy and stringy 24 hours after shampooing, like this product. I can recommend PRP to those of you who are losing your hair. PRP is Platelet Rich Plasma. You have blood taken from an arm, that blood is put into a centrifuge to separate out the plasma, the plasma is injected directly into your scalp. That plasma of yours has human growth hormone in it, and stimulates your hair follicles to produce thicker hair strands. I'm only 3/4 of the way through the four treatments, but I can tell you that I have a ton of baby hair growing everywhere--top of my scalp ( I look like Dagwood Bumstead with all these cowlicks) , at my temples. It's ridiculously expensive though. And PAINFUL!! But the 13 or so injections only take about 2-3 minutes. The success rate is about 70%. I thought I would be in the 30%, but goodness, I am seeing all these baby hairs sprouting. Hope this helps my fellow hair loss suffers.
