Ebac E-Care 9kg 1600rpm Freestanding Washing Machine - White

Had the machine now..2 years this sep/oct...no problems at all...cant belive how quiet it is..when we first started using it...i had to keep going in the kitchen to see if it was still on..plus...the 3 or 5 years..it could be longer i cant remember now...guarantee on all parts and labour...plus its a uk company....and i wanted to support...all in all we are very pleased

Had the product installed by Amazon and they set it off on a test cycle, they had disappeared down the road with my old but working machine when an E04 message came up and it stopped. Customer service did the best to sort it out and we tried a couple more times but failed. I'm now without a machine until the middle of next week when they come to pick it up. I won't be buying British this week and will save money as a result! Shame as I really wanted to. We did call them but they said as it was purchased through Amazon they had to deal with it.

Wow... So smooth... efficient... quick... Why did we not get one of these machines years ago?? A seven year warranty on a washing machine... this is proper quality... Confidence of an excellent UK manufacturer to provide such an awesome warranty ;-)

had it 4 years .. nothing but hazzle .. euronics didnt want to know , so message ebac .. very helpful but washing machine , USELESS , says 1600. spin .. only one one setting … suppose to be cheap to run .. dont see how , when you have large load , small load , does not spin dry , so you then have to put it on spin only , which is another 19 min .. sometimes works .. more often it doesnt … worst washing machine ive ever bought …

Don't waste your money on EBAC - thought we would buy British and bought direct from EBAC, the thing is forever refusing to spin which according to EBAC is because we are not loading it properly. The program timings are way out and we can't trust it will finish the program by the time we want to go out and that is assuming it is going to spin, if it doesn't spin then the load ends up being split and running the spin program twice (2x 20mins) which is another 40 mins wasted. So in conclusion we would love to get our money back (but apparently we are not loading the washing machine correctly) and we could then buy a decent machine such as Bosch or anything else other than this pile of rubbish). SO 12 MONTHS SINCE BUYING EBAC, WE HAVE CUT OUR LOSSES WITH THIS USELESS **** AND BOUGHT A CHEAPER SAMSUNG. 3 WEEKS ON AND WE ARE REALISING NOT ONLY WAS THE EBAC UNRELIABLE AT SPINNING BUT IT WAS NOISY - THE SAMSUNG WOULD GET 10/10 THE EBAC 1/10

Exceptional build quality, lots of different wash settings, large capacity, very quiet. Great value for money. Easy to use and has a drum wash setting, long guarantee. Best washing machine we have ever had.

When I first discovered this Ebac washing machine I did my research. Following that I bought it. The Bosch I had previously doesn’t hold a candle to it. Some really useful programmes and features while being simple and easy to use. It is extremely quiet and does a really good job. The Bosch started to get about a year after it’s two year warranty expired. This machine has 5 years labour and @0 years part warranty. Beat that !!!
